The search for Minimal Search: A graph-theoretic approach

چکیده
This paper examines Minimal Search, an operation that is at the core of current Minimalist inquiry. We argue that, given assumptions about structure building consisting unordered set-formation, there are serious difficulties in defining Search as a search algorithm. Furthermore, some problematic configurations for (namely, {XP, YP} and {X, Y}) argued to be artefact these set-theoretic commitments. However, if sets up format structural descriptions favour directed graphs such Merge(X, Y) creates arc from X Y, can straightforwardly characterised sequential deterministic algorithm: total order required define MS algorithm provided by building.

this thesis is based upon the works of samuel beckett. one of the greatest writers of contemporary literature. here, i have tried to focus on one of the main themes in becketts works: the search for the real "me" or the real self, which is not only a problem to be solved for beckett man but also for each of us. i have tried to show becketts techniques in approaching this unattainable goal, base...

This paper considers whether or not the Bitcoin stably stay in the market as a method of payment using a dual-currency money-search model. In the model, there are traditional money and Bitcoin. The two currencies are classi ed by the storage cost and the probability that sellers accept particular money for payments. Agents are randomly matched for transactions. To consider substitution e¤ect be...
متن کاملCrime and Poverty: A Search-Theoretic Approach
Numerous studies document, on the one hand, a positive correlation between crime and unemployment and, on the other hand, a negative correlation between the crime rate and educational attainment levels within given communities. We study this phenomenon in the context of a search-equilibrium model, in which agents choose between formal employment and pursuing crime related activities (theft). Pr...

متن کاملA novel local search method for microaggregation
In this paper, we propose an effective microaggregation algorithm to produce a more useful protected data for publishing. Microaggregation is mapped to a clustering problem with known minimum and maximum group size constraints. In this scheme, the goal is to cluster n records into groups of at least k and at most 2k_1 records, such that the sum of the within-group squ...
